Memorable experience. I went in to have a look at some jewellery for my wedding. Huge thanks to the owners son at the bradford flagship. He has helped me massively, gave me lots of information and advice on buying traditional wedding jewellery as I wasnt very well versed in buying gold. The gentleman showed me many designs, weighed it and gave me quotes multiple times. Left the shop that day with a quote as they said that there's new jewellery coming in the next week. Again, drove from Newcastle to Bradford. This time with intent to buy jewellery. Dealt with the owner and the son who was helpful in directing me to pick the best designs. They got out many designs for me to look and make a set out of. Eventually picked a whole set and left the shop with the owner being 10K richer than the last time, my wedding jewellery in hand and a big fat hole in my partner's wallet. Loved the whole experience from start to finish, they were very thoughtful and never rushed me to buy anything. Would 100% recommend.

Very good prices on all their jewelry. Very impressed with their range and customer service. However, should specify that this shop has the offers on. Had me running around to other chachas to try getting your bracelets and none had them. But overall a happy customer and will be returning soon. Very impressed by the young man that worked there, showed great knowledge and provided great insight.
Just been, one of the best jewellers in the north. Great prices and very friendly people. Even offered me free chai and gave me a quote on my jewellery that was above the rest. Very pleased with these people
Worst experience I been first time there they are expensive.everything available on Google like how much gram in one tola you have to calculate yourself and then ask price then u will know.they do extracharge like polish and making charges too much..
After a thorough comparison, we found that chacha jewellers gives the absolute best prices for gold jewellery. Honest and sincere people. Our permanent jewellers frolic now on. Definitely will be shopping here again. Ask for Hasnain , very nice and friendly lad
