Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs. Worst experience of studying at bradford was living here. The landlord here nabeel gorgi is so rude and arrogant its unbelievable. You will not be allowed to use your tv that they provide to a suitable vol like 10 because he will come knock on your door complaining. you wont be allowed to have friends over because he will kick them out. This guy is so rude and arrogant its unbelievable. During the pandemic when most students had to leave for home in march and everyone was struggling he forced every student to pay the remainder of their rent until june which was 2000. He had no empathy towards anyone. His sole focus was getting his money. Imagine paying 2000 for somewhere you are not staying.This guy has made many students life/ miserable. No exaggeration i know so many people that lived there and i cant even say a single person had a good opinion about him. A lot of his tenants nts have left after this year and wont be staying here again just because of he is. He will contact your guarantors (for most,parents) for non-financial reasons like having friends over or using your speakers. Avoid this accommodation at all costs. He will make your stay a living hell.It will impact on your studies and social life massively. It nearly made me fail my exams because of how stressed he made me and i know for a fact i speak for a lot of others. Lastly when the roof above my room was leaking and the floor was flooding with water it took him a whole weak to come fix the problem. my corridor r was flooded but he and his caretaker they do absolutely nothing.
