Facilities are good but the proctor running the exam was rude, abrasive and made it clear that it was more than her job was worth as she was also busy booking flights and taking phone calls for the rest of the office. There were several issues with the exam software, not necessarily the fault of Avnet but the procedure and attentiveness of the staff to sort these problems each time was very lacking. Mid-exam at one point I was told I would have to wait outside for 10 minutes because she was covering the phones for a colleague and couldn't deal with it immediately. I think the main issue is the lack of a dedicated proctor/service for exam takers, the fact that it appears to be the job of the main Avnet receptionist/PA means providing good customer service when things go wrong is difficult for them as they are busy doing other things. Test takers that had trouble free exam conditions might not have had the same issue/experience however.
Very clean building, lots of strangers though.
Took an exam here and found the facilities to be of a good standard and the staff were friendly and professional.
Took the ICND1 Cisco 100-101 exam here. Easy to find, park and the staff are pleasant.
