Excellent place to train. Joined earlier this year, mainly to lose weight and have fun whilst doing it - everybody was very welcoming, great atmosphere. I joined having not done any martial arts before and out of shape - now learning the basics, exercising and having fun.

Superb training facility with knowledgeable coaches. Fellow fighters are welcoming and are at a wide range of levels which allows for good progression. I highly recommend if you either want to improve your fitness or you want to try fighting competitively.
Hands down the best MMA gyms I’ve been in. Coaches always there for you, have lots of knowledge and experience and really patient with all students - 10/10. Students all very very nice, always happy to help and give some pointers. No egos at this gym. - 10/10. Very clean, organised and well equipped - 10/10. Gives you that “family” feel. Can’t recommend enough.

Team Bat Cave is a very friendly welcoming gym. I train BJJ mostly in Gi. The instructors, students, and gym atmosphere is a great place to learn and train.
