Really helpful bunch of people. All the lads behind the counter know their stuff which makes life easy and the branch manager is always happy to help out with any questions or queries. Would definitely recommend

Very good, knowledgeable staff ready to advise. I was introduced to a new bottle trap that cured my basin 'gurgle' problem

Thankfully, this store is now under new management and (almost) entirely new team - so any previous bad reputation can be ignored . Clean, tidy, efficient and now staffed by people who actually know how a shop should be run and care about anyone and everyone who walks in the door - not just their small selection of regulars!
