I ordered a glass award and uploaded a logo for engraving, there was a problem with the pic I uploaded but I received an email within an hour asking for another. I was overwhelmed by the quickness and efficient way this was dealt with even though it was my fault for sending a dodgy photo. I order this award three weeks early to make sure I got it it time, expecting to receive it in about two weeks, but I had it within two days! The quality of glass and engraving are both exceptional. I'm so pleased with this service. Would definitely use again and will be telling all friends and family about them.
