Policy if your medication is unavailable is to not contact you and wait for you to contact them...because they are too busy. When i querried about this i was told customers have unrealistic expectations! And yet in the vet profession when this happens we let owners know and we chase around for supplies, including contacting other vets. So no, i dont think i have unrealistic expectations! I think its reasonable customer service to make sure they get thier medicines!

Mad place with around 6000 stalls. You will find anything here and is a great place to experience the Moroccan culture. You dont have to buy anything but if you do be prepared to haggle like mad to get the best price.
Worst chemist ever, the staff are rude and talk to you like your an idoit. Prescription come in and they deny they have so you go days without medication and then when you collect it , it turns out it did come through on the day you said it did, they just fail to even check the systems! Busy or not medication is important and that is there job to give you your medication. My prescription is sent over same day every week as it’s confirmed by my doctors and yet takes them 4 days to even bother to check on there system and just say it hasn’t, many times I’ve gone days without my medication.

Why does everything take 20 mins! And how long is the pharmacists lunch break? As they always seem to be at lunch! Its old, its dated and it really needs to be updated!
