If you anticipate needing toilet facilities then plan carefully as they have closed them at this B and Q which is great inconenience (!) and does cause problems for many folks. Please open them up again as people need them, desperately sometimes. BTW the hours are not always as advertised as they sometimes post a guard on the gate to keep you out 15 minutes and more before closing time . :-(

Visited the Bilston store mid afternoon Wednesday 7th October. Unusually quiet but no complaints here, felt more at ease and was able to conform to the traffic flow as directed. Greeted by a Marshall / Security guy at the entrance assured that all trolleys had been sanitised but plenty of sanitiser in any event. Purchased a couple of gas strut bar stools, staff on hand to lift the box down from the high shelf and put into trolley. They even wiped over the box which had a covering of grime! Very courteous and helpful, full marks to B&Q staff.

Great store, lots of parking, helpful staff, plenty of covid barriers, sanitizer stations. Projects from stuff here keeping me busy.

Strangely quiet early on...missing lots of basic / essential hardware. Quality no better than my local high street store. I only go when I really have to...

A large but impressively average B and Q. The staff are few and far between and you wait for an age just to get some timber cut. When engaged, however, the staff, though thin on the ground, are helpful and friendly. Products are ridiculously overpriced compared to Internet prices and the click and collect service is bad. It should be renamed 'click and hope for the best'. The parking is adequate and you rarely have to queue.
