The reason you're getting 2 stars is because although you're open to the public, your customer toilets are not. Explain. I'd just come from a hospital full with covid patients and their public toilets are open. If your business is more of a risk than a hospital, why are you open?

Great place to visit. I could spend hours in this place. My favourite section is the BBQ area. They have a pretty decent range of BBQs from charcoal to gas burners and an impressive selection of other BBQ bits and pieces such as cleaner devices, and cooking utensils.
Huge, Spread over two stores opposite sides of the car park. Staff got me pointed in the right direction though and I found exactly what I was after. Hard to miss when they give you the exact aisle number!
A large B&Q that has everything available. Staff are helpful in finding items. Note there is a separate building for wooden items and they can even cut down the pieces - the first three pieces free. Note this is available only at specific hours. There is also a large parking lot and good COVID safe procedures in place.
Great big shop. Has lots of choices. A bit pricy for younger crowd but has great quality. Some staff are very friendly and helpful. Has different units for kitchen and build. Huge car park and big trolleys :)
