Met at the door by a member of staff inviting me to use hand gel on entering. There were reminders to wear masks and maintain distancing. Full range of goods on offer. The tills were divided off individually with a supervisor to ensure distances were kept. Felt very safe.
Much like most B&Q stores. Friendly staff. I do find this 4-cut rule on the wood per customer odd though. I would have happily paid extra for 4 more cuts to some ply sheets I purchased instead of having to tie them to my car roof instead of putting them in the boot cut to length, I understand if it's a busy time but I was the only one there. But great store, has stuff, which is good!
I thoroughly enjoy shopping at the store. They have a good assortment of tools and are quite knowledgeable.
