Given the pandemic, avoiding crowds etc, they still offered good customer service (I had an exchange) with the minimum of fuss and delay. Agents were helpful and efficient.
I find it very dangerous going to B&Q because there are sooo many power tools and bits and bobs that you need more than life itself, sorry getting all excited then. If your going make a list of what you need and stick to it. Don't let the lure of new power tools persuade you. Nice...
I love going around the plants for indoor and out. They are gorgeous and if I had the money I'd buy one of everything. When we are decorating I love to look at all the different colours of paint and how they match the colour you already have, brilliant
