Member of staff called John was extremely helpful, informative and friendly and really took time to help me with my order. Other staff have also been friendly and helpful. Good store.

It has a reasonable stock range and prices are consistent with other retailers. The store is well laid out, so you have space to shop without crowding from other customers, but I did find that some items were more difficult to find because the signage isn't correct. Perhaps this is because things have been moved for Christmas stock, however it was frustrating. It wasn't helped that there were few members of staff around to ask. Again, I appreciate that staff numbers are being kept lower due to COVID precautions, but it just added unnecessary annoyance to my visit.

2 products failed from the start returned under warranty but a refund was not allowed, only a credit note, not great really, I expect better from a major retailer!

It's a bit on the small size. But it's great that is in the town. There is a large one in Boston if needs be.

Really good customer service. I returned a pressure washer that I no longer needed. The young lady who served me was extremely polite and dealt with my refund without any problem. She served a customer before me who was proving a bit difficult. The young lady was not phased by this and remained calm and professional.
