The car park was completely dark, no lighting at all and I had to use my torch to unload my trolley. As a consequence I lost a small item that I purchased as it must have dropped in the floor and it was too dark to notice. Don't bother going after 4.30 at this time of year.

Really average DIY shop that we use mainly because we don't live near a Homebase. Every time I go there I can't help but feel a little depressed. They haven't had logs for the past few weeks and I've twice been told there is a 'national shortage' (there isn't) or 'we are getting a delivery today/tomorrow' (delivery never arrives 2 wasted trips).
Really good, they've changed the packaging on their own brand tins of Varnish it took some time to find the 'normal bright green label's ' but was happy to open it and see the same product inside. Great value.
I visit B&Q quite often. Staff on hand to help with Covid 19 restrictions shop marked out for one way and social distancing. Staff are welcoming and helpful and the store is well stocked and tidy. Always seasonal offers promoted.
Went to B&Q early-ish this morning, Saturday and found everything we needed. The people who work here are without exception knowledgeable and helpful, the stock is good and the prices are very reasonable. We felt safe and had no problems. Thank you to everyone who has worked so hard over the last few difficult months to keep the Penryn store functioning so well.
