Staff are extremely helpful once inside the store. Plus staff on hand outside store entrance to offer hand hygiene spray.

Customer service is great. Plenty of options for diy . Great collection of plants. Will definitely recommend.
The prices here are always full whack. Probably because they're the biggest and most convenient hardware store in the area that also open on a Sunday - so they'll get away with charging whatever they can. Floor staff are far and few between. That said, they are quite polite, helpful and in most cases knowledgeable. Watch out for landlords and property developers taking up the precious disabled spaces out front in their 4x4s.
Limited stocks, dont know if due to brexit or Covid but I ended up having to go to builders yard. That said staff were helpful and seemed to be endorsing wearing of masks and social distancing measures along with use of hand gels and sanitizer
Knowledgeable, helpful staff. You'll find what you need as the layout is so good.
