Stock levels for some things are a bit low, but there is still a good selection. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful (particularly in the paint department and on the tills).
Good sized branch of B&Q, where I've bought quite a few big and small items for our place. Their prices are pretty competitive, although quality can differ compared to other suppliers. The trade discount isn't quite as good as I get elsewhere, and email receipts would be good. Social distancing measures during covid are handled well, with little or no inconvenience caused.
