Not helpful at helping obtain a matching bedside lamp. Ordered one on line said it would be ready for collection later the same day to be rang later by a member of staff to say they were out of stock they were unable to get me one I had to go out of my area and order one on line via click and collect. Very disappointed as I have been a loyal customer recently renovating my property and spent a lot of money at their store

Visited for a set of farrow and ball testers which they mixed up for us in a few minutes ready to go. Even the dog enjoyed it. EDIT - Since this visit B&Q have adjusted policy around Dogs in store this is based on Health and Safety ground. From End Feb 2019 - Only guide dogs are now allowed is stores - sorry hounds!!
We were helped by Paul in the kitchen department, it's nice to meet someone who knows so much about the products we were looking at and helped us choose the right thing for our bathroom too. Will definitely be back after that level of service. Thanks Paul.
Well stocked, easy to find what you are looking for. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
