Well laid out for social distancing in the current restrictions. Good selection of items. Not too busy but went midweek

Every job from fitting my kitchen, shower room and re-fitting my bathroom including tills flooring and fittings have all been done through B & Q, if I purchased to much or the wrong item they changed or refunded with no messing about and delivered anything I couldn't take with me .
I would like to say that the young man who served us today went out of his way to offer excellent customer service. I can't recall his name but this could have been Hendry? Also Michael deserves recognition for also providing excellent customer service. Thank you and happy new year to you both!
Very helpful knowledgable staff. Luke provided help with selecting the correct items I required and because it was heavy, assisted me in loading it.
