Shop itself absolutely fine stock easy enough to find, can't say the same about staff. Found the item I wanted but unfortunately it was in the racking too hight to reach tried to find a member of staff for assistance no one on the shop floor just on the till and paint station.

Social distancing in place. No real issues. I had no queue..although it was just my perfect timing. Collected items in photo very quickly and put again... Hassle free.
Standard b&q, doesn't have the wide selection that the massive stores do like Northampton (you can't buy every oven and sink here) but you can get everything else Everyone is really nice here too
Although I often use B&Q, I find the company offers next to no information about the products it sells. It sells goods to general public, but it makes no allowance that a DIYer may need more than a barcode as information before making a selection. You are expected to know the subtle differences between different products by looking at a sealed pack. This an issue for B&Q as a company, not at the branch.
Very good staff and following Covid restrictions.
