Not a good experience this time. The wooden mouldings are very poorly priced so after getting 11 to the til I found them 3 more each than the label I checked and I came away without any as a result. This section needs sorting out however they are very nice staff.

Purchased Athens range of curtain poles and brackets this afternoon but could not buy the compatible rings. This was very frustrating. Tried to complain but staff showed total lack of interest. Perhaps this is what should be expected when buying from a national DIY shop? They suggested the rings might be available after a delivery and could only suggest I check on line. So spent 38 and now need to find a store with correct rings.
Good but not a big store so limited stock and choice
No problems, had what I wanted. In and out in no time at all.
I come here quite a lot as I live nearby, but don't ever rely on something being in stock as more often than not they won't have it. If you do manage to order something through click and collect then be prepared to shout it from the rooftops, or you'll be ignored when trying to get someone's attention to hand it over to you. Having said that, before you go though the tills (and while you are going through) the staff are lovely and very helpful.
