They mixed some paint for my wife. It was not sealed properly or taped and consequently spilt all over the car. Apparently this is not their problem and they are not interested in helping us sort the damage their negligence caused.
Gainsborough - Jane Stubbs Recently ordered a kitchen, amongst other things for a house renovation we are doing. Jane was so helpful, even staying late to make sure we got everything sorted before she left for the day. ( Hope she wasn’t too late for her dinner ) At Gainsborough store every member of staff we’ve dealt with are extremely helpful and have excellent customer service skills! Thank you - and we will definitely be back...
Well arranged. Lots of stock despite the current restrictions. Was able to get all I went in for. Maybe a bit more expensive than some other online suppliers.
Just not good enough. Head office have no idea. 80% of the time don't have what I want which is available in the Yard. IF THEY DON'T HAVE ANY! YOU have to travel to there nearest superstore, as they will not transfer by their own supply vehicles.!!!. Not the B&Q We all wanted. Try the American way.
