I went in to get paint. Incredibly, a member of staff was there an offered to help me find what I needed! Good job!
We went into Exeter B&Q yesterday trying to find a few things. We asked for help to find something and she (uninterested) said see Kate in isle 18. We saw Kate and she also unhelpfully said isle 50 I think and we still couldn’t find it!! 5 members of staff were having a laugh in the restricted kitchen area and after a while managed to get a young girl to say it’s over there(again uninterested) we asked her to take us there and begrudgingly took us where she thought it was then on investigation saw you don’t even do it!!!!! Not impressed at all!!
