Great store only thing that lets this and other B&Q Stores down is there are no public Ablutions we were informed due to refurbish and the Covid 19 the ablutions were closed had to leave store and go over to Morrison store then return, We needed some keys cut the machine was empty no blanks in . Staff were not sure of how it worked . Sadly we had to leave to find somewhere to get these items sorted staff helpful and carefully directed us to the excite yes would recommend but maybe check before hand if they had the items one required .plenty of parking and not far off the motorway .

An employee approached me for having a face mask in my hand, without questioning as to why I was not wearing one he began to shout at me it's no good in your hand, demanding me to put it on however little did he know I am actually exempt but took it incase I wanted to wear it I will not be returning to the store as this really upset me. him jumping to conclusions and did not even take the time to ask why. Poor customer service..AVOID AVOID AVOID
Every time I have been in recently, there has been a lovely lady at the entrance greeting customers, very friendly and super helpful, knowledgeable about where everything is and more than willing to help with any queries! Shelves are always fully stocked and staff are friendly and helpful, always seem to be plenty around ready and willing to help!
Due to present situation we waited in queue. Surprisingly not for long. All over the parking and the store there are 2m marker lines and arrows to point the direction of moving. Same good prices and products as expected from the store.
