Staff member at door made the covid regulations clear as we walked in. However staff had a head down approach in the store and there was a packaging knife left on a shelf down the storage aisle. I told a member of staff who didn't seem that bothered. Till service was ok but gave the impression he couldn't be bothered to get a second opinion on my query.

Great, well laid out store. Really helpful guy from the the timber section, made our shop very easy. Covid-19 guidelines set out clearly, couldn't have asked for better. Thank you B&Q Cwmbran

Good easy access store. Stock levels are good. Click and collect a big bonus. Easy returns. Sometimes not enough people on the tills and no self service tills.

Ieuan was great today. He took the time to help me design the kitchen I wanted even if I changed my mind about 20 times. Definitely made me decision easy. Thank you

Easy click and collect during COVID. Plenty of hand wash and trolley disinfectant. Felt safe.
