Click and collect service is excellent. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Store and toilets are always clean. Nice little cafe too. Range of stock is great, website even tells you where the stock is located.

Went in here as needed to buy a set of drawers for my daughter. The staff members at the entrance was really helpful explained all the current rules for shopping in-store, the young lad was really friendly and chatty and made you feel at ease when entering the shop. In store itself it was nice and quiet with cleaning station inside the entrance. The social distance markings were clear and being followed and plenty of staff around to off help if needed. Found the items I was looking for with ease the checkout experience was clear and simple with staff keeping to distance rules as well as customers and finally really friendly on leaving with a thanks for shopping with them. Will definitely visit the sit again. More shops bored to follow this example well done to B&Q

We use B&Q time and time again for bits and bobs. However we once arranged an appointment for designing a new bathroom. We arrived for the appointment a head of time, just to be ignored, after we finally managed to get the attention of a staff member they said the person who does the consultation had gone on their dinner break... why book us in for that time?? So they offered us a free coffee in their cafe whilst we waited... we waited over 20 minutes, no one collected us so we just left. After a complaint email was sent we were offered a ten pound voucher. Skip forward a few years, a new house. The bathroom needs updating, give B&Q a second chance. Because of lockdown they are giving online video call bathroom consultations. We got booked in, given a time and date.... and guess what.... We were never contacted. The phone number only plays an automated voice message. So contacting someone is impossible. I just don’t understand a business not wanting our money. Twice.

Great variety of stock, only nipped in to use the bathrooms and still ended up spending money
