Good social distancing and supply of hand sanitizer, trolley wipes. Was a little disappointed that the click and collect is the same place as the returns, I may have been quicker going to collect the items myself, rather than waiting while people do returns and refunds. All other places I've done click and collect I've been in and out quickly and safely.

Love b&q, for its vast range and helpful staff. If they don’t have it in stock it can be sent to the store of my Choice in one working day. An item I wanted was cheaper in b&q than amazon and that’s rare. Always free parking available.

Called in for some paint - choice and stock levels were good, but I felt uncomfortable in the store. Quite a few people without masks, nobody checking at the door. Too complacent about Covid for my liking. I won't rush back there.

Have a great deal of DIY items so should be able to get what you want

Friendly and helpful staff. A very large store almost guaranteed to stick what you're looking for.
