Pretty happy to shop at the Canterbury store. The staff are usually helpful and polite and nearly always have what I need in the store. Would like to see more specialist tools.

The death of retail is enviable and sad. This store as with many other B&Q’s cannot stock their stores even before covid. Dismal selection/ranges or products too.
