No waiting to get in today. Sanitiser station with a friendly guy on the door.
Efficiently arranged queuing system to get in & they've provided umbrellas for when you have to queue in the rain. Signs in different sections could be bigger so easier to read. The queue for the tills is a little tight when it gets busier as you have to queue back into the aisles, but the staff on the tills are pretty quick so I didn't queue for more than 5 minutes (Sunday afternoon).
Although I didn't find what I went to b&q for (bird seed!!) I got a non-slip door mat (for tiled floor) that I had been searching for, at a really good price. The lady at the check out was polite and friendly. Great experience!
