When we went a few weeks ago we were told on the door that we had to take a basket, even though we were buying one thing...surely that creates more work for everyone, having to wipe down baskets customers don't need? They also seem to be deciding on a whim what they deem is essential and non-essential....like, curtains are not essential, but a shower curtain is, but pant food isn't, but plants are...how you are supposed to get your head around it is impossible. The rules change every time we go - it's exhausting.

Quite a busy, queue too 5 mins , lots of people queueing outside
We called in at 5pm and there was no queue at the entrance, nor at the tills. It was a great time to browse and get what we needed. The staff were on hand to help and they were so accommodating.
Smaller than other BQs but have a good selection and store layout
Always we stocked with helpful staff if you can find one
