Their business in Ayr is not well maintained. Few weak materials, cluttered shelves, and difficult service to get help.
A good shop, well laid out, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I think they carry a bit too much of items that they don't sell a lot of, which stops them selling anywhere near the range of the larger stores. As a consequence they are generally the last place I go to instead of the first.
Surprised it was still open in current lockdown. Looking for lampshades which I got. Nice and quiet.
Good choice of products. Could be a bit clearer on its website as to what items are in store or online only.
