Absolutely shocking extremely rude staff one nurse by the name of alex extremely rude very unprofessional spoke to me like i was poo on her shoe knowing my circumstances, i was caused a lot of distress... I think staff training is a must and staff should learn some manors, no one knows whats going on complete and utter shambles! i did not proceed with procedure there! disgraced how i was treated, formal complaint put in please AVOID this clinic at all costs if i was you and travel further a field!!!

24 Years ago i attended this place staff were rude had no time for people that no longer wanted a child but to then discover in later life there was no record of my baby nor of me ever being there i was also told my baby was used for medical research.
This place is terrible rude staff (not all) but I had a horrendous time with them to the point they scanned me and told me there was no pregnancy left but I knew there was and yes I was right but only found this out once I ended up in hospital and nearly died having to have 2 blood transfusions and emergency op I would tell anyone to stay away from this place , I’m not one to write bad reviews and b so harsh but when this happens to you , you have no choice but to tell people to stay away! And I wouldnt even give them 1 star but had no choice !
Staff are really great,made me feel very comfortable and the experience as pain free as possible physically and mentally, Nurses are doing an amazing job .thank you for the support during my difficult time.
