How can a wood yard not have any wood?. Disgusting costumer service, speak down on you like they are better than you. Rang up to see if they had what I wanted in stock and they said yes, as soon as I come to pick it up it’s just gone magically out of stock. Staff really need some training on how to speak to customers because that was horrific

Great prices and service, and a very good cafe.
Excellent service and prices
Here you can buy anything to do with the construction industry, the staff are very friendly and helpful in anything to do with construction, I could not wish for any better and helpful service from the staff. It is a very good company, first class.
100% absolutely excellent. Their prices are spot on, the staff always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I used to go to my local merchant 5 minutes down the road, whilst it's only an extra 25 minutes to BB I'd still go if they were an hour away. Couldn't praise BB Chester enough.
