This is a complaint about the Spirit Board App they have. It’s rated 9 and up. Really?? Spirit boards are extremely dangerous..especially for people that don’t know what they’re doing, If my 9yo downloaded and played this, I’d be livid. Completely irresponsible.

After years the pulled the plug on the Message from Santa app and I lost all the recordings and messages from my daughter over the years. I also bought their custom video they made this year and lost access to that days after spending additional money on it. Pretty sure that the way the handled this crosses some legal lines.
I love the apps that you make they are awesome
