Wonderful place to stay. Our room was not the biggest, but still very spacious. Bathroom was spotless and the bed was cozy. During the day we enjoyed the beautiful garden. Personnel is friendly and service is subliminal. The chef, Pieter, is an very nice person who cooks with true passion. All dishes he served us at the hotel restaurant were delicious and plenty in size. He truly knows his way around a green egg barbecue and his smoked five spice pineapple is out of this world! In the evening, the cafe is a proper place to relax and have a drink. We resorted to playing a game of Clue, but a chessboard is available free of charge, if one likes to do something different. There are quite some activities one could do around Boxmeer, such as the war museum in Overloon, the wellness boat in Mill and much more. We will definitely return in the future, even if it’s just for a good dinner.

Very pleasant hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very charismatic building with a fantastic little chapel. Very glad to have stayed here. Would definitely recommend.

Been here an hour as an early check in and am ready to move in. The staff is unbelievably helpful and AWESOME!! They go out of their way to be nice and make you smile. Will definitely come back just because of them.
We had great weather so really enjoyed the courtyard/ garden and had our breakfast and dinner there. We did the tour and it was very interesting and lovely to see the chapel. The bike rides along the rivers was awesome
Magic place !!! Combining modern comfort with the serenity of the cloister atmosphere ! Good cuisine in a beautiful place. And last but not least : the personnel are very nice. I highly recommend this unique and very beautiful place.
Spent a night over there in a double room. Quite comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom and very friendly staff. There is one flaw that you can hear the squeaky noise of the wooden stairs coming from the hallway. But I love the mysterious atmosphere it brings. The hotel is not far from the train station, yet it locates in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The hotel which was a monastery has a lovely garden where you can pick up apples, pears and walnuts in this season. Loved this place and all the stories the receptionist told me.
