Finally updated my PC after 7 years as was struggling to play the latest games but didn't want the hassle of building my own this time around. The custom PC builder is very easy to use on BOX, and they are very flexible and helpful (I changed my case of choice after I ordered without issues) There was some difficulties with getting the order to me on the original date which I was updated eventually about, and a few issues with lockdown and the weather but I was more or less kept up to date throughout the entire time. The PC itself was worth the wait though, they have done a fantastic job building it and would recommend them if you want a custom PC being built!

Bought two brand new monitors recently, both perfect. Despite my confirmation email saying the delivery would be in 1 week, they both came the following day. Amazing service. I’ll definitely be buying from BOX again.

Product supplied at a competitive price with good communication. We did have a couple of irritating problems, despite booking a specific day it was delivered the next day. The guarantee also came up with only 8 months of the year remaining which we had to sort with the manufacturer. I would however given the competitive pricing still use this company.

So poor and failing to comply with Consumer Act 2015 Laptop I purchased is faulty with a damaged screen. This was noticed on the first initial power on on New Years Eve after giving to my 10 year old Daughter for Xmas. However Box.co.uk say I should have reported this damage within 48 hours of delivery back in November and are unwilling to help. I now have a 10 year old struggling to do home learning and a company unwilling to help. The Consumer act of 2015 says any faulty products need to have an offer of repair or replace if reported within 6 months of delivery. Avoid using this company at any cost. Edit after response. This is clearly a faulty product and not accidental damage. A faulty product is part of the the Consumer Act of 2015. Why are you putting so many hurdles in the way and stopping a 10 year old from home learning and getting an education properly during these times. It is a faulty product that I suspect was damaged before it left your warehouse as the box is in mint condition. Such a poor response from a poor company. I stand by my review, and would avoid at all costs. Helping customers is something they clearly not interested in.
