Ordered food from this restaurant. The entrées were fine, however the Riz contonais was tasteless ,dry and had burned peas in them. On top of that we paid 9 euros for a small box of rice that serves one. I wouldn't recommend ordering food here.

Walked all the way to your restaurant because of the ratings and because you listed your restaurant hours incorrectly with Google...you were closed. Please update your profile with accurate information so customers with money in their pockets don't walk around in the cold like we did.
It’s perfectly average. Their Pad Thai by no means “authentic”, but neither was it a woefully bad interpretation. I had no trouble finishing the food. The service was also great and the food came quickly.
Great service and lovely Thai food. Would have loved more chicken in our dishes but other than that totally recommended

We had an excellent, low-key dinner at Box Thai. The food was great, and the owner and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Box Thai was a nice break from other high end sit down dinners and would recommend to any who pass through Annecy.
Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Our order didn't take long to make and was tasty
