Great space, popped in for a quick drink after a walk around town. Good social distancing measures & a good selection of drinks. Extra spaces for seating added as demand rises, extra staff to support with table service.

For some reason all the Bowland beers have wheat in them, not sure why that is. As I can't consume wheat I can't comment on beer quality. Both wines we tried were excellent and served at correct temperature. I didn't expect to be served frozen chips and a small fish when paying 12.50 for fish and chips, nothing on the plate was tasty, even the tartar sauce.

Good for drinks but wouldn't eat there again. Arrived slightly early and table not ready so ordered our drinks via the one way bar system. After that we were seated and starters arrived quickly, food was OK but not great. Hot dog and fish finger sandwich both too dry, chicken burgers OK, loaded chips were the best thing we had. Struggled to get more drinks as table service only at the moment, managed one more round and then got told they needed the table. Tables only booked for 1h30m or 1h45m apparently which is too short, and they only told us that after our meal. In summary very good bar, but not a great place to eat

This place was incredible to see and experience. Way way to busy but I guess that shows you how popular and good it is. Service was ok, the staff were very friendly but I feel struggled a little with our large group. (Probably because they were hosting a wedding at the same time!!!) There are several rooms that you can sit in, I feel the boiler room is maybe the best! I'm told it's the largest bar in Europe but I did not feel like it was anything special.

Great food , great atmosphere. Great staff (Tracey was brilliant with drinks and food regarding coeliac info) . For those of you who enjoy engineering there is Elizabeth. The steam engine that used to power the mill. Great outdoors eating are with a Routemaster Bus.
