I would like to thank Kelly and her team. You all was so professional and made mum feel so comfortable. Putting our family dog to rest on Monday was so painful & hard but Kelly made everything so comfortable for my mum & daz. She was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better vet. Thank you Kelly and the rest of the team. You all do an amazing job for all the animals and working through these hard times with co19 on the frontline. We can’t thank you all enough ️ Dazzler went to heaven so peacefully ️ Keep up the good work because people need the Pdsa. You all do an amazing job xxx For the people that leave bad reviews. people seem to forget that it’s free and these wonderful vets work off donations that’s how they keep the centre running. I’ve seen staff getting abused. Spoken to like rubbish and they still come to work and do an amazing job. Reading bad reviews annoys me. Getting free treatment and leaving bad reviews is so wrong. If you don’t like it go to a privet vet and pay the full cost. Your all a great team at Pdsa bow

Have good covid measures in place. Press' the buzzer , give your name and then someone comes out with your prescription,can pay by contactless so almost no contact. There is hand sanitizer outside ,and the staff were wearing PPE. There is a small car park that's free to park in while you pick up.
Any time i have taken a pet to bow i have had a great service and great care given to my pets
The Bow PDSA are always so incredibly helpful, they're informative, try their best to accommodate you and called multiple times after to check how my pet was doing!
Was kept waiting an hour and half after my appointment time but can understand due to covid. I don't like the way they pressure you for money. I always give over the recommended amount but it still don't feel like I've done enough even if I've left myself very short on cash. They advised me to put one of my 2 week old kittens to sleep as he had a bad leg but a week later his leg was a lot better and is getting better by the day so they would of put him down for nothing. I'm very upset about it
