We would highly recommend Bournes Funeral Services. Catherine was amazing, friendly, professional, sensitive and incredibly caring throughout. We cannot fault them, all the staff including Hayley and Ben were just so lovely to deal with, at such a sensitive time, and despite Covid 19 restrictions, they bent over backwards, unlike others, allowing us time in the chapel of rest, and respectfully carrying the coffin into the crematorium. An excellent service throughout!

The remembrance service at the crematorium was nothing but perfect from the moment they arrived, they even managed to arrange a professional recording of the service for friends and family that were unable to attend.
