Bournes manage my rental properties for me, one of which had a major flood at the weekend. They were swift to secure the house from as much damage as possible, sent a repair team on a Sunday and really looked after my tenants. They're a great team and I highly recommend them.

We have been delighted twice now with the service, efficiency and professionalism of the team at Bournes. They have shown great judgement in helping us find a suitable tenant for our annex. Each time the process has been seamless and right first time. Thank you again.
Every member of the team has excellent communication skills and we appreciated their expertise in guiding us through the complicated task of moving house. They represented us well at every stage, offered sound advice, and did everything they could to help during this particularly difficult time.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bournes both for Lettings and Sales. They have looked after us brilliantly with both letting of properties and sales.
We put in an offer on a much desired cottage at the start of Lock Down, Julian and his team kept in touch during strange times and did everything to reassure us about our purchase. Very happy with the service we received from Bournes. Thank you Julian. Laura & John, Drum Cottage.
