This is the best yoga studio I have ever been too. They have everything. The instructors are phenomenal, they are coronavirus safe and accomodating - online classes and in studio. I thought yoga was just something my mum did but honestly it's not an integral part of my life. I am so much stronger emotionally and physically and that comes from the lounge. It's the best exercise space I've ever found and the nicest people. I cannot recommend highly enough

Good place, quite expensive though if you buy a single session. I would give 5 stars, but there is no proper hygiene, like the hammocks can smell and I think need to be washed more often. Also the floor in the cold yoga room is always dirty and the carpet always has someone’s hair. As people step on it without shoes and socks, it has to be clean to prevent fungi infection. Hope they will keep this room hygiene and will pay more attention to it.
I have been going to yoga lounge since the year after it opened. Its an amazing place with great teachers and a variety of classes. I enjoy warm and hot classes, always feeling great afterwards. A real home from home!
