Went in to buy a kitchen hod, asked for help at the kitchen section of the store, a woman came to assist me, showed her the hod that was on display that I was interested in to be told that it was discontinued!! Why display stock you are not stocking?. I asked her to show me what was in stock, she just gave me a booklet and told me to look on line at home. She had no interest in a sale! Left store and put booklet in bin,

Slow service, staff could do with more training. Not very impressed. Also had a text to say delivery between 13-00 & 18-00 but arrived around 10am.
