We are a regular customer of Vida T and ordered some food for our dog to be delivered to our home. Usually, our order is delivered with a smile by van the same day and we simply love the personal service they always provide. However, on this occasion, their van unfortunately broke down. We were promptly called and one day later, their delivery man arrived by train and walked to our house from the station carrying our dog's dinner! This kind of service is exemplary and going far beyond anything I have ever experienced. Vida T has earned my assured future custom and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you! We have known this family business from the very beginning when they first opened. They have their own dog and have been very helpful in offering valuable advice when we got our two poodles.
