The Bournemouth Upholstery Centre have recently re-upholstered four teak armchairs for me. They arranged for their preferred Polisher (Acorn Polishing) to carry out restoration of the teak, organised collection & delivery including transfers. They have exceeded my expectations and the chairs are absolutely superb. This is a proper independent owner run business and you can expect to wait a little while for Tony to work his magic!

Visited the shop to buy supplies . The lady serving was not welcoming and was not able to advise me on the product I needed. She couldnt have been more grumpy if she tried. I am sorry she was having a bad day but she did not have to take it out on us. It will be a long time before i visit the shop again.
I have only visited this upholstery shop a couple of times, the first time i went there the woman was rude and i felt embarrassed, the second time i went there was to get a list of items for a friend and the experience was ok, i said to myself the first time i wont go there again, now i get all my stuff online its cheaper and better quality.
Very helpful staff. Was making enquiries about a chaise longue cushion which may need new filling & they were great at responding to my email enquiries. Highly recommended.
