We went for dinner last night, we hadn't been for a while but we were so glad we did. Due to covid we had to pre book our table, booking was very straight forward and convenient. Our table was well spaced from other guests and the table next to us had a perspex screen as an extra measure there was a one way system in and out which was good and hand sanitizer on our table. For starter I chose the garlic flat bread, I can honestly say it was the best garlic flatbread I ever had. The flavors were sensational and there was a good level of spice. My fiance had one of the sides curried chickpeas as a starter which he thoroughly enjoyed. For main I had ribs with spicy fries and jerk gravy. Again the flavours were fantastic and there was a good level of spice. My fiance had the hot chick burger with fries. He was very impressed by the flavours and couldn't fault it. The service was very good despite being quite busy as it was eat out to help out. We have always enjoyed going to Turtle Bay and we definitely won't be leaving it so long next time.

Lovely atmosphere, great food. Id definitely go again. Tho we went during the eat out to help out, the service was a little slower than expected, we waited about half hour to order our drinks. But understandable at during the current climate.
What a great idea! Unlimited brunch and cocktails. Came for my birthday with my sister. Food and cocktails were lush, staff were amazing and super accommodating with quick services. Would definitely return. Thank you!
Came here for a bottomless brunch, food was fantastic, drinks were divine, and the service was impeccable, our server em jenner was fantastic and was so attentive. Really nice atmosphere and a great location would recommend
Booked here for my birthday dinner last night for 9pm. We came all the way from Essex. I was frantically disappointed with with the whole experience. We was taken to a sticky table in the corner. Someone else came to take our order. We ordered 2 x rum punch, fried squid, chilli chips, 2 x jerk chicken with rice and peas. Given the fact that I have West Indian heritage I wanted to be out of Essex and London for my birthday. Now after we ordered our dinner, about 3 other parties came in and sat down. Our rum punch arrived and tasted like a mixer with juice and did not taste like rum punch. We waited over 45 minutes and nothing came. We did order water and had to remind the waiter we would also like our water with ice please, then he later brought this to our table. Given the fact that we arrived earlier prior to our booking for 9pm. One table opposite us had their chips waited to them. But no one came and given us our starters let alone be asked if We wanted them separately or together with our meal. I understand if I'm at home we have the laid back approach to cooking. But I'm in a franchise restaurant. Why did nothing come to us after 45 minutes? Why were any of the staff not apologetic to the delay? We then decided to leave with my birthday meal being disappointed and having to find some where else to go to at 10pm at night in Bournemouth. Highly wouldn't recommend this place! Even get better service in market stalls on the beach. Do not come here unless you are expecting disappointment.
