Joined the company at the beginning of the year and quickly found myself being pressured to deliver sales results (in my opinion) without consideration for the clients needs, I was instructed to blast past any objections and stick to the script at all costs. Quickly left after a week and as a nice bonus they refused to return my new passport as they conveniently lost it. The only saving grace for that company is some of the staff were decent, management in my opinion were just after results.

Tried to place an order on their website, 3 times. Each time it failed, the screen kept spinning and I received no confirmation. No emails, nothing showing on My Account. But they still charged me! Three times! Emailed and asked for all 3 charges to be refunded - received reply saying 2 charges were refunded and my order was being processed. Put me right off them and would not use them in the future. Had to phone to ensure they actually listened to me. Now will keep an eye on bank to ensure they actually do refund me! Concerningly bad customer service and faulty website, seems to be a bit of a scam. My advice is to avoid, and use a more reliable company. Edit: the 'isolated' issue with their website happened 3 times over the course of the day. I only knew I had been charged as I checked my bank, others may not notice.

In my experience be very aware...especially if you have an elderly relative. I've only just discovered how immoral this company are and how they operate. My elderly mother started buying a few coins in 2016 as an investment for her grandchildren so no problem with that, a few more in 2017 and again more in 2018. As a regular buyer I have since discovered that she was offered more and more coins and more expensive coins as time went on to a point now where she has spent close to 40000!!! From their point of view Jubilee Mint have done nothing illegal but from my point of view they are morally questionable. To me they target a certain demographic for sales and don't consider a person's position to pay. Avoid.

Please don't buy from this vile company. You'll be extremely lucky to get back anything near to what you pay for these coins if you come to sell them. A complete rip off and I don't understand how they are still allowed to trade. They robbed my terminally ill father over his last few years, even went as far as delivering coins to the Macmillan ward where he was dying in his final moments. I phoned them to complain to them, to beg them to leave my dad alone, stop with the constant phone calls, pressuring him to buy, told them he was dying, that he was in debt with them, but they didnt care. All they care about is money. How anyone can work for this company and sleepy soundly at night I dont know. Vile. Please dont give them your money. They are no better than muggers in the street.
