What a brilliant experience. You really feel that you are looked after every step of the way, and the procedures are explained and discussed in depth with you, so that you know exactly what is going to happen. All the staff are absolutely lovely and friendly, and Becci is a star! Very gentle but such a professional, she is so highly skilled, but that doesn't stop her from having a good natter with her clients. Will definitely be back next year.
