Best thing I ever did was take my expensive 2014 Dell XPS laptop to be upgraded at T-Tech Was about to dump it for a new one and it was sorted, upgraded ,new BULL virus protection and all my files backed up, First class service, advice and genuine help. Laptop just like new !

Took my Sony Vaio here which had a screen issue where the backlight was not working - possibly due to a motherboard fault / blown fuse. Tim was very kind to take a look at it at such short notice and I even got the laptop back earlier than I expected which was an added bonus. Turned out that the motherboard was at fault and had a fuse which was blown and needed soldering - which Tim was able to do for me. I now have my laptop back when others told me to replace the motherboard or scrap it! He even gave it a good spring clean inside and out and changed the thermal paste of the processor which was very kind of him - now looks and works like new. Shows that he does really care and takes pride in his work. It was the first time I come here and I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family in the future. Thanks again!
Very helpful, welcoming, professional and covid-19 safe. Initally called, and Tim the owner answered, and I asked for some advice regarding a problematic SSD. Very helpful and professional, he gave me some tips, tricks and reccomended some free software to try to fix the problem myself. Unfortunately I wasn't able to fix the problem myself, so called back the next day and booked an appointment. (Due to Covid-19 the business is currently operating on appointment only, and not walk-in). After giving a more detailed explanation of my issue and what I wanted, Tim was more than happy to help, so I left my computer in his safe hands. The following day I was contacted by him to explain what the issue was, after he had run a thorough test of my computer (begginings of hardware failure). He assured me he'd try his best to accomplish the task, but explained there was no guarantee due to the hardware failing, and of course will need more time to do so. The day after I received a phone call from Tim telling me the job was done, and to come and collect at my leisure. The poor bloke had even stayed late into the night to get the job done so that I can have my computer back for the weekend. Great and friendly people, and highly reccomend whether you need repairs, parts or a whole new computer. P.S: Remeber to keep that iPad charged Tim!
Took my daughters IPad into T-Tech Computers as she was locked out of it. I had really friendly service and the problem was sorted out while I waited, which was brilliant. They knew exactly what they were talking about and gave me some really good advice on purchasing a laptop. Prices are also very reasonable. I would high recommend T-Tech Computers which I will definitely use again.
Tim was really helpful and spent 2 hours with me just being very patient and explaining stuff that I just don't understand! I feel very confident with all the work he has done and he really knows his stuff. Very reasonable prices and he takes the time to spend with you to explain. I will be back!!
