I was fortunate enough to have Joy guide me through a very tough time in my life. Being someone who never speaks about their feelings, the thought of having counselling had scared the life out of me! Joy miraculously made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door of the beautiful Peace Haven situated in the calm and pretty garden. Through regular counselling sessions over the course of a year or so I have become a stronger and more positive person. Joy is a great listener and, through her knowledge and experience, enabled me to make sense of why I had felt the way I had for most of my life. I would highly recommend Swans Therapy to anyone who feels they might like to reach out to someone who can guide them through to a positive place. Thank you Joy!

I have been chewing Joy's ear off since January 2017 Joy is a very calm and patient listener. She always helps me to promote my mind into rethinking thoughts into optimism and opportunities. Not only is Joy calm but she is great a challenging me too. Her memory is incredible and Joy is often able to create quick links through thoughts I am explaining to thoughts and situations I had discussed months before. I had the most amazing experience completing my level 1 reiki. Joy is a fantastic teacher and I am so grateful for he guidance. I feel so much better about life in general since discovering reiki and I’m excited to complete my level 2.

I feel so lucky to have met Joy. The reiki she has given me has been truly life changing and has played a huge part in my recovery from a chronic illness; something western medicine had failed at.
