Delicious! So much flavour in every dish. We've ordered from here two times now, both times trying something different and the food is exceptional. We've tried beef, King prawns and chicken and all have been cooked to perfection. Highly recommended. Thai food at it's best

I love Thai food, so I am very surprised I have only just discovered this restaurant. This is a very nice traditional family run Thai restaurant. The food is perfectly cooked and flavoured. Very good service and reasonably priced too. If you like Thai food this is a must. Probably my favourite in the Bournemouth area.
Had a delicious meal (as always) in delightful surroundings and served by expert staff, A visit to Sala Thai is very safe, hands are sanitized on entry and your temperature is checked. The tables are spaced according to guidelines When you visit this restaurant it’s like visiting family, Your requests are all met with smiles and efficiency, The staff are very sweet and helpful and will tweak your meal to your taste. Though the restaurant is small, it is a beautiful well kept secret of southbourne, Delightful to all the senses!
One of my most favorite Thai restaurant in Bournemouth. Sala Thai gives a feeling of original Thai taste which reminds me of Thailand. The foods are also tasty and fresh with reasonable price. If Thai food is your cup of tea and if you want to experience original authentic Thai taste, I would recommend you to try the foods at Sala Thai restaurant.
The food was really good, enjoyed everything I had. Staff were all lovely and helpful too. :)
