Richard Pugh from RIB Audio Visual has provided excellent service and very speedy follow up support. Having a reasonably complex Control 4 integrated system in our new house, Richard has been able to provide a great update and maintenance service that has meant our system has run smoothly and efficiently. With a curved, acoustically transparent cinema screen and an impeccable installation really highlighting the very best of 4K cinema and immersive sound, most people rate The Regal as THE place to see any film if you want uncompromising sound and visuals. Run by a large group of volunteers the system was installed by RIB with ease of operation in mind - Control 4 technology allows the operation of the technology to be simply operated from a tablet. Support from RIB has been excellent and they have allowed us to scale up our operation with additional technology to enhance the experience for the Regal Cinema-goers. I have been a client of RIB for over a year now and have always been very pleased with the work. The products are great and the service provided is excellent. Current project has required has a gradual upgrade as the project is a refurbishment and RIB have been very accommodating to achieve this.
